Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for emerging tech adoption (quantum AI, blockchain, biotech fusion)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ innovation budget for future-tech incubation
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor senior engineers on next-gen tech implementation and ethical deployment frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 2026+ technology forecasting experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Successful track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics from Tier 1 institution
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent industry journal
- Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese for APAC market expansion
- Certified in Quantum Leadership (QCL) and Ethical AI Governance (EAIG)
