Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to transform futuristic concepts into scalable solutions
- Conduct technology feasibility studies and ROI projections for next-gen innovations
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for future tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ implementations)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CTO) preferred
- Experience in agile development and rapid prototyping environments
