Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record of launching commercialized emerging tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CEM) preferred
