- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Curate strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and quantum hardware pioneers
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with $10M+ commercialization potential
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record deploying at least two emerging technologies at scale (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technology implications
- Experience with technology horizon scanning and trend analysis using proprietary methodologies
- Strong network within DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
