Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and neurotechnology to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps and business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the board of directors and investors
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation for pilot programs
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Track record of successfully launching technology initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
