Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio balancing high-risk exploration with incremental improvements
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Fluency in English with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
