Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or neurotech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CSSP)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
- Experience with federal tech policy frameworks
