Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes impacting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with global technology ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
