Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies for market readiness
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026+ tech landscape
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators and research institutions
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing architectures and ethical technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience scaling innovative solutions from concept to enterprise-level deployment
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology governance frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI, data privacy regulations, and sustainable tech principles
