Responsibilities
- Lead market research and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts impacting future technology adoption
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-disciplinary creativity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong business acumen with experience in commercialization of innovations
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent industry experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology initiatives or published thought leadership
