Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption plans with ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future tech solutions
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing future technology roadmaps (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategies
- Executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
