Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption across global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster collaboration between R&D, product, and executive teams
- Identify and mitigate ethical, regulatory, and security risks in next-gen technology implementations
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry conferences, patents, and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership

- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles

- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders
