Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech verticals
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and patent development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology forecasting models and scenario planning frameworks
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of pilot technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, AR/VR
- Proven experience leading innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
