Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and renewable energy integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints with MIT-caliber engineers and data scientists
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 100 innovation labs
- Present disruptive tech frameworks to C-suite and venture capital stakeholders
- Drive adoption of quantum-resistant cryptography and AI governance frameworks
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite/VP roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to enterprise deployment
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure and decentralized governance models
- Security clearance eligibility or experience in government-accredited projects
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
