Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) and assess business viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and pilot testing breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology deployment strategies
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, robotics, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment frameworks
