Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and pilot implementations of next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Manage technology risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience with agile development methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Singularity University)
