- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap aligned with company vision and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, robotics, and materials science teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R consortia to secure first-mover advantages
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the board with data-driven ROI projections
- Drive organizational adoption of futuristic technologies through change management frameworks and executive workshops

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies; PhD preferred with 10+ years in technology strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (demonstrated through product launches or patents)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics frameworks, quantum computing architectures, neuro-interfaces, or climate-tech
