- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for technology co-development
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful future-facing products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and marketing disciplines
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies and competitive analysis frameworks
