Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Develop ethical guidelines for emerging technology deployment
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in strategic innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy publications
