Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, etc.)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future tech solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Manage vendor partnerships for cutting-edge tech integrations
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for technology budgeting and ROI modeling
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
