Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global research institutions
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and DARPA contracts
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
