Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions using agile methodologies
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent landscape reviews to identify IP opportunities
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment and adoption
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D laboratories
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences and investor groups
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future) preferred
