Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Develop Go-to-Market strategies for futuristic products with $10M+ revenue potential
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation adoption across 15+ global markets
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify disruptive startup opportunities
- Present technology forecasts to executive board and industry consortiums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Certifications in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Innovation
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
