Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop 3-5 year technology adoption frameworks aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI for experimental technology investments
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to forecast technology inflection points
- Champion ethical innovation principles while balancing rapid development with responsible deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on paradigm-shifting technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum systems, AGI frameworks, or neurotech
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario-planning skills with ability to model complex technology adoption curves
