- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business plans
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions using experimental technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced biotech systems
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
