Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop frameworks for evaluating and integrating disruptive technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption priorities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
- Track record of commercializing innovative technologies or products
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
