Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market viability
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology pioneers, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the executive board and key stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT, or biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
