Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (quantum, AGI, bio-integration)
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping next-gen user interfaces and interaction models
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI-human collaboration
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate future-focused startup acquisitions
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future domains: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of shipping products with 10M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on tech disruption
