Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into actionable projects
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Build partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
