- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $2M+ annual budget allocation
- Present technology forecasts to investors and board members through data-driven narratives
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary team of futurists and domain experts
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for strategic positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and exponential growth models
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and external stakeholders
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
