Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and threat analysis for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio showcasing future-tech impact initiatives
