Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology innovators and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence to maintain innovation leadership
- Drive adoption of scalable, secure, and sustainable technology frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into business value
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Cloud AI) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in technology, business, or related field
