- Present technology foresight frameworks to stakeholders and guide organizational transformation initiatives
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on 3+ major tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech convergence domains
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem (VCs, labs, startups)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Prior experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
