Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption windows
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and automation systems
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in tech forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or disruptive innovation
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Strong network with academic and industry research institutions
