Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market dominance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future tech capabilities
- Produce technology foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design innovation incubation programs for next-gen technologies
- Represent InnovateX at global tech conferences and industry forums
- Mentor junior researchers on future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
