Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, etc.) to identify market opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and strategic alignment
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through industry reports and conferences
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial products
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
