Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biometric interfaces
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech integration across Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future tech ROI scenarios
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on ESG and profitability metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven success in commercializing emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
