- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NSF

- Present at global tech summits including Web Summit and TechCrunch Disrupt
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or Emerging Tech
- 5+ years in technology strategy with proven portfolio of commercialized innovations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science journals with >100 citations
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain government clearance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal grants exceeding $2M
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
