Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and decentralized AI
- Analyze patent landscapes and academic research to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technology impacts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Translate technical capabilities into marketable solutions for enterprise clients
- Present technology foresight insights at global industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in ethics frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
