Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI on future technology investments
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor R&D teams on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience scaling innovative technologies from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Certifications in technology management or strategic foresight (e.g., CTO, CFRO)
