Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and accessibility goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and decentralized AI
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and futurists
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions through proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in quantum computing, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep network within DARPA, IEEE, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
