Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech fusion)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies reaching $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, synthetic biology, or neural interfaces
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and private equity funding for frontier tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
