Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain innovation leadership
- Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive adoption of future-proof technologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams and projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
