Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies including neuromorphic computing and ambient intelligence
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present foresight analyses to board members and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020s innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI ethics, and Web3 architecture
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech impact (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (NIST, ISO 21434, etc.) for future tech
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Rust) and ML frameworks
