Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips) to market opportunities through 2026
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps and competitive analysis for next-gen innovations
- Interface with C-suite executives to present technology impact assessments and investment recommendations
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends and their societal implications
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and technology validation
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or unicorn environments
- Published research or patents in at least one emerging technology domain
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Global network of technology innovators and venture capitalists
