Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging tech investments
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for frontier technologies
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech disruption trends
- Build and manage an internal innovation lab for experimental technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and standards bodies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry white papers
