Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and industry disruption vectors
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for next-gen tech adoption (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into customer-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technological innovation ROI and competitive advantage
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data narratives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management with proven 2025+ roadmap delivery
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
