Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and ecosystem mapping across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and ROI tracking
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with global R&D partners
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with emerging tech evaluation frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Toffler's Future Shock analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Strong background in agile methodologies and innovation sprints
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Portfolio showcasing technology roadmaps or innovation frameworks implemented
