- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong project management with PMP or similar certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or business publications
