Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) to inform strategic planning
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present visionary concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Ensure alignment with ESG principles and sustainable innovation practices
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of launching innovative products or services
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or technology management (e.g., CTO Academy)
